Tangerine and Ginger Smoothie

This smoothie is a great source of vitamins C and A, and it's also a good source of fiber. The ginger adds a bit of a kick, and the turmeric gives it a bit of a golden color. This smoothie is a great way to start your day or to enjoy as a snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Juice of one tangerine
  • 1 Small slice of fresh ginger root
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • Peel the tangerine using a potato peeler. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
